I placed an in-app pickup order yesterday, and the order remained in “pending confirmation” status for over three hours, after which the order status suddenly disappeared from the app. The restaurant never accepted the order and I never got my order, yet my credit card was charged for the order….
Shitty management. Workers are stressed and understaffed with no help on a busy night of $2 big mary sandwiches. Lineups are out the door, poor girl at the front had her hands shaking while packing the orders and I bet they only make minimum wage. 4 workers ONLY! We waited 30 mins to just place the order and that too because people in front of us started leaving because of the wait time. I feel so bad for the workers because it's not their fault and are trying their best but there should be a manager or someone helping them.... read more
