What a horrible chain, definitely has the worst app in the quick serve industry, impossible to navigate through their menu, get pricing, they assume you're going to order ,& won't let you browse. They dropped the Biscuits from their Batters Box special & raised the price $3. Unbelieveable. I wonder how many thousands of dollars they're losing because of their app. I imagine most customers would just give up ,,& move to another competitor.Their entire Social media department should be replaced. Everything was going to plan untill I saw the cook behind in the kitchen scratching his head, moving his hair around. Then I realised he didn't have a hair net on noir a beard net as the guy clearly had facial hair. Well it was good untill I found hair in my wrap.
We ordered the 9 pieces chicken, 1/2 regular 1/2 spicy, and the chicken sandwich. The chicken tasted fresh with just enough spiciness. The owner Ayyan was very hospitable and he keeps the place clean. He took the time to explain the origin of Mary Brown, and the preparation & processing of the chicken. We will certainly go back!
