I'm very disappointed at Mary Brown's in general and at Mary Brown's at this location. There was a special "Champions At Heart" promotion. It stated that on Nov 5 Only, that partnered with the Toronto Blue Jays, the Big Mary sandwich or the Spicy Big Mary was available for $1.93 with a limit of 2 orders per person. So there's a $1.93 for a Mary Sandwich today. The fine print BTW is teeny weeny. So it's only valid in person or MB app.I didn't notice it until a 1/2 hr after my delivery order wondering why it's taking so long. I tried at least 14 times to get a hold of this location at various times. Conveniently couldn't leave a message given that after 6 years of business existing here, the voicemail hasn't been setup. This dude Adnan is a manager or a worker sure but was perhaps incharge because I find it hard to believe such an immature person would be Managing a location, after having people wait an hour for an online pick up order, he says we can't find your receipt and asks guests to find it themselves if they want food.. he thinks maybe he is ruining a take out joint fro Khi's basement but this is not demeanour to carry on a franchise fast food brand. Very friendly and helpful staff and the food is amazing! This location is the best in the area. Definitely come here!
False advertise $2 deal and when you come in person they tell you that it's sold out and you can buy it at full price.
