Your corporate office continues to ask me to email them about my experience at the Yonge st location in Barrie. I’ve emailed MULTIPLE times only to get no email responses. Yet no resolution. I keep putting in reviews on different locations only to get the same bot response to email corporate . You should be ashamed of yourselves when you say you care about customer service. No I will not email you
Came here at noon. Ordered a 4 piece chicken combo. It wasn't busy. They said 10 minutes wait. I waited over 20 minutes. Got fed up and asked for my money back and left
I purchased the Leg Day Deal and was served a Wing and a breast. I questioned whether I shouldn't have gotten a leg and a thigh. The staff said it was just two pieces of chicken of any type. So, it was either false advertising or she just didn’t want the chicken returned and swapped me the drumstick and thighs.
I live just down the road and I ordered a meal from a delivery service twice! and the meal came cold thin chicken dry hard and the bun was mushie. That delivery service went twice and twice the food was thin chicken over cooked and dried out chicken. So I sent my daughter to go and get food and the food that arrives was the same a dried out thin piece of chicken over cooked with a mushie bun and the taters were the absolutely end tips of the potatoe no thick pieces.
