Yesterday I got chicken, potato wedges and coleslaw for supper with 11 guests as I celebrated my 70th birthday. So I wanted to give my guests a delicious meal and getting it from Mary Browns in Fergus did not dissappoint. Everything was much better than anyone could expect and we were all very satisfied with the meal.
iam 63 years old and have been a mary browns patron since the colonal was king. i only ate kfc. i just had a 3 peace meal from the trenton store . it wasnt that it was just poor it was insulting that in this day and age that a major food chain would have the nerve to sell that.super dry and day od taters and the chicken had well it was just not good . iam not looking for anything but that is just not right
We received a two shrivelled up Big Mary’s. What have you done to them. We said no toppings and you charged $2. for a thin piece of cheese each which should have been free. You need to change your ad. Change your your ad from BIG MARYS TO LITTLE MARYS. We will not ordered again!
I've been to marry browns 3 times now all bad twice waited for 5 minutes and no one showed up at counter so I gave them a 3rd chance today bad service got a meal with salad and received no utensils to eat it with called talked to management about it they just stopped talking and passed the phone back to the counter staff. Will not go back and highly recommend not for anyone do go there!
My first visit to Mary Brown's chicken was last Wednesday,November 5, when they had the $1.93 special offer. I ordered 2 Big Mary sandwiches and a small order of french fries. One hou later, my order was completely forgotten and they didn't seem to care. Of course it was very busy, but everyone else was served promptly, except for me and another lady just ahead of me who ordered fries as a courtesy just like me. Terrible. ordered a chicken sandwich that was put on a Walmart bun, one chicken tender and barely any sauce. I think they ran out of ingredients and tried to fake it.

I ordered 9 piece chicken split tonight and the chicken was very dry I am sure the chicken was kept in the warmer too long. It definitely was not freshly cooked. I am totally disappointed with my order tonight. My fries and gravy were barely warm.
