Service was good,taters were almost cold,should always serve fresh everything every time,for the price you pay ,you shouldn't be getting warmed up anything

At this store, the way front counter staff treating delivery drivers is really bad. After being driving almost 5km to pickup the order and after waiting 5-10 minutes they denied to give order by stating Thermal bag is required. Why it shouldn’t have informed at the first time as I informed the employee to pick up the order. Also I told her that I am very new into food delivery I have already ordered thermal bag she still still said cannot provide order after a long wait. Really bad. I have been their customer too. Other customers (2) came in after me and ordered their meals. And they all got there food before I did. I find this very annoying. They told me 7 mins and it was almost 15 minutes.
