Terrible customer service doesn't respond to emails
bad cashier not talk good thats why i never like that mary brown not give good respinsw to customers
They had me wait legit 45 mins for a pickup order I had placed 2 hours before in the app. I get it was busy but why would you prioritize walk-ins over already placed pick up orders. Defeats the whole purpose of the pickup function. Super disappointed and will not be back at this location. Owner seems like a good guy but terrible system when they get busy. Edit: Told me to email them and they still haven't gotten back to me
