Yesterday I visited your branch and had a great experience. Mr. Rohan took my order and provided excellent customer service. Fresh and tasty chicken! Service was quick and thr staff was friendly . Always a good experience at Mary Brown's
Visited this restaurant yesterday to pick up a mobile order, only waited a few minutes for my order. When I got home and opened the Favorites box the chicken looked old and overcooked and when we started to eat our meal the chicken was really dry even the thigh portion. Very disappointed as Mary brown's is my go to for fried chicken and normally it's great but not this time, it was almost like I was eating day old food. Have been to this location before and never had an experience like this, something needs to change here.
