The service is horrible a while ago I filed a complaint about one of their locations where the manager had made some racist comments and was very rude. The head office said they would send me coupons to make up for it and I never received any coupons. They also told me that they would take care of the problem and I see it still the same manager there I went there today to use my reward point and the manager or none of the employees knew how to use the reward point so I had to pay instead of using my points Their employees ar... read more
Horrible customer service. The reviews say it all. Placed an order for delivery for a family gathering 3 weeks ago. Our order had missing items, I called the restaurant right away, they didn't want to do anything about it. They told me to call Head Office but no one ever answers and their voicemail box is full. I have emailed, left DMs on Instagram and the Mary Brown's app. No one has responded in THREE weeks.
3 times I have tried the app. Never works. Pretty hard to collect points
Not helpful, trying to use my GC on the app multiple times. It shows I have a value $47.19 on the card on the app but everytime I try to use it to pay for my order (< GC amount) I get message "we are unable to process your payment. Please contact your bank" What? Its a GC i bought from you not a CC. What a waste of money, why have GC or an app if you cannot utilize them.
