Big Mary Monday special is a hit !
I ordered wings from this location and I was left highly disappointed! For a franchise that pushes an image of freshness, the wings were quite the opposite. In an attempt to make a complaint, I called the the location and they were of no help. I simply called to let them know of my observations and to see what can be done, yet the customer service was nonexistent! I called in good faith and was ignored. We ordered chicken tenders from this location and the quality was awful compared to before. The tenders was missing a significant amount of breadcrumbs, as well as being chewy due to it being fried without breading. The customer service was terrible, they were rude and not admitting to being wrong. I was very disappointed, I always go to Mary Brown’s as a go to but the bar has been completely dropped since before.
