I’m taking my kids here in Multicare Covington they are neglecting kids to taking care they are not sending prescription to the pharmacy on a time because they forgot they have a lot of burden to work this is not the first time so many times I have to be taking my kids over and over to the clinic then they find out what kids having it means they are lack of experience
Here is my experience. I called this office because I was upset with them over their racist response toward my ex-girlfriend for being late. When it comes to children, people need to understand the importance of flexibility. I told them that I would file a lawsuit against them. In retaliation, the nurse (Kristin A. Beyond pathetic!! I asked for my sons referral to be sent to seattle childrens, and they are telling me the fax will take 2 weeks, insane frustrating. They claim to have sent it on Feb 6th, and today is more than one month.
Very kind and helpful staff. Large parking lot. They were very talented at getting through shots with my kid without much fuss at all. Couldn't have been happier with them.
