I needed to reschedule my son’s appointment so I called the office and the receptionist confirmed my son’s name, date of birth, my name and phone number. But then she needed my husbands name, his phone number which I confirmed, then she needed to know if we spoke English, then she needed me to verify my address when normally they just verify with name, date of birth and phone number.
