Extremely unhappy ended up showing up for my sons 2nd appointment after the NICU. Very nosey and felt like they were judging me the hole time. Nothing is physically wrong with him they wanted genetic testing down. Considering my son might be slow which he's not. Will not continue to see these ppl. Madison Lutz you should be ashamed of yourself. Will continue with my sons pediatrician.
Dr. Frost is our most visited doctor and we truly appreciate all that he’s done in helping build such an amazing team to take care of our boy. Jax was born with his hip dislocated and had surgery at 13 months. Nothing can prepare parents for what it’s like but having people on your side from day 1 makes navigating a world with a special needs child a lot easier.

Beyond an extreme lack of communication here. Had me take my special needs son to a location in a completely wrong city for a visit we have been waiting months for. Called to confirm the day before and was given the wrong location. They gave me the address where to go and everything. Had to skip the Occupational therepy he usually has this afternoon just for them to not let us be seen today due to their mistake.
