I just want to say that the people you talk to on the phone are very nice, but... I had an MRI scheduled and got a text two days before to verify, I verified and got a confirmation. Took 3 hours off work, went to the appointment and was told it was cancelled two days prior. Apparently it hadn't been approved, even though I got a letter from the week before from L&I saying that I had approval and had a confirmation text from these people for the appointment.
