I waited 3 months to take my daughter to the gastroenterologist, Dr Gupta. They cancelled on me 10 minutes before the appointment due to a power outage. They rescheduled her for two weeks later, squeezing her in, then called and cancelled that appointment. Now I’m being told she can’t get in for another three months and they refuse to schedule earlier as an urgent appointment, even though she’s been miserable all year.
