Care has absolutely taken a nose dive after being taken over by Multicare/Mary Bridge. My son has been seen by Dr. Cheung for years and now we always find it impossible to communicate with the clinic and get quality care. We were lied to that my daughter was seeing a physician and when we arrived we were actually scheduled with an optometrist. Then we were charged for the appointment that we didn’t want! Such an incredible disappointment.
We tried to work with Dr. Kenzi but they only scheduled vision therapy once a month and it was so full, we could only get seen aboit once every three months, which was We gave up and went to a doc in Seattle. They had a vision therapist who worked under supervision of the eye doctor, and they had good availability.
Dr. Kimber Kenzli saw my son 4/18/2025. At that appointment I found her very unprofessional and was left unhappy with the quality of her care that day. She referred my son out for an MRI to look into things further. The MRI was completed 5/30/2025, and we were told she would reach out shortly after via phone call to discuss the results. It has now been 3 weeks, I’ve called the office 4 times (all at least 3 days apart to leave time for her to call me back), and I still have yet to hear from her with the results. Last two appointments we have waited over an hour past appointment time to see the doctor. Both times had to reach out and ask at the front desk if we'd been forgotten. Staff and doctor all great, but waiting time is ridiculous.
