Mary walked into a difficult situation. Our home that we had lovingly restored from an ugly duckling to a Californian oasis was listed with another agent for 9 months who did not market the property correctly, and took a very cookie cutter approach. When the agents photo of themselves is three time larger than your house photo that tells you everything. We've know Mary for a while as her son play sports with my little brother and our families have grown close over the years.
