She was not organized, I did not feel confident that I was the 'right' patient as I was not asked my dob or my name. Also patients were directed to area 'C' first, then after a long wait we were redirected to area 'B'. I was there for a PBM appointment which is a 5 minute treatment, I didn't leave until an hour and 15 minutes later. So, as a comparison, when I have a PBM appointment with Dr. Foster, I'm there a half hour, at most.
She is wonderful. I love how she explains everything in ways that I can understand.
Great doctors and tests. The best in the nation. Wait times are much better, but I wouldn't go anywhere else since they are the best! Dr. Yackey is very thorough, knowledgeable and kind. CEI is an advanced practice.
