Mary Beth was our realtor when we sold our house in Norwell MA and she is nothing short of amazing. The temps were in the 90’s the weekend of our open houses and Mary Beth was there every morning to cool the house down while we were away. She provided excellent advice and was with us every step thru the process. We cannot speak highly enough of Mary Beth’s efforts - she is the best!

My wife and I used Mary Beth for our recent house sale. Mary Beth was phenomenal from the start. She clearly reviewed the competition and the plan to sell. When it came to listing time, she made it so simple and handled every aspect for us, and kept us updated all the time. In the end, we sold during our first weekend with many offers and received well above the asking price. After the offer was accepted, she continued to work hard and handled everything needed to get the closing completed. I cant recommend her high enough.

We are so grateful to have found Mary Beth. From the first meeting she was kind, personable, and always on top of things. She helped us navigate a purchase from 1200 miles away and managed to make us feel like we were her only clients the entire time, though I’m sure that was far from the truth. She was always available to answer any kind of questions and went above and beyond to coordinate tasks that were difficult for us because of the distance. I truly cannot recommend her enough.
