I have been seeing Mary-Beth for over two years and I cannot recommend her enough. When I started with her I was suffering with chronic pain. She discovered why, explained it to me and has helped me work through the long process of improving the difficulties inherent with my misaligned spine. I only wish I had started seeing her sooner.

I went to see Mary Beth for my first session. I was struggling with a severe back spasm. My pain level was a 10 out of 10 when I arrived. She used her osteopathic techniques with so much care and precision that by the time I left my pain had already dropped to about an 8. I could actually move and breathe easier again. She is knowledgeable, gentle, and really listens to what your body needs. Highly recommend her if you are looking for someone who truly understands how to help the body heal.
