I've been seeing Mary for a year now and she's been incredible. Her and her staff are very quick and responsive to questions or concerns and she will see me quickly if needed. She is very personable and clearly invested in her patients. See Mary if you are looking for a caring and knowledgeable PCP!
I've seen a few PCPs, and Mary is hands-down the best. Her nurse Matthew and Roxeanne the receptionist are also incredible and make the whole experience seamless. Mary went above and beyond to see me a year early due to health concerns and was extremely quick to order me necessary scans and referrals. She is fast, thorough, and always makes sure I feel heard. Highly recommend!
Mary Beth Luttrell is by far the rudest I’ve ever had. She had the audacity to call me arrogant and she was trying to wash her hands clean of me. Beware of this. When she gets tired of you, she simply starts getting an attitude. Be very aware. Also if you don’t keep your appointments, she threatens to fire you. She was sweet at first and it went downhill. She doesn’t know how to keep her home life and work life separate.
