Mary Beth is an amazing realtor. We loved all of her input while she showed us houses! She was extremely patient with us during our fits and starts of deciding which house we wanted. We ultimately got a great house all thanks to Mary Beth! As a listing agent she was just as efficient! All offers were relayed to me quickly and I even got a constantly updated spreadsheet with the details of each offer. This made it incredibly helpful to decide which offer to accept. We closed in a timely fashion with no problems!
