We used MBK to bug and sell our condo. She was able to get us an off the market opportunity in the buying process which allowed us to buy the place we wanted without competing with other offers. When it was time to sell, she met with us and came to a listing price and strategy that we were very happy with. She staged our home beautifully and her photographs were amazing. We were able to get an over asking offer in just four days. The process was really smooth. Would strongly recommend her as a buyer or seller agent.
I can’t say enough about Mary Beth’s commitment to helping us find the right home. Without a doubt Mary Beth Kelley is the best agent I could ever have hoped to work with to buy my condo in JP. She jumped on every listing and open house and moved at the speed of light to put in competitive offers which is so necessary in this market. I cannot recommend her strongly enough!
