Very knowledgeable agent on condos and North Padre Island.
This realtor personally attacked my realtor when she didn’t agree with her addendum points. Mary Ann asked for things that were not our responsibility concerning our condo, even though she had enjoyed a monopoly on the listings for these particular condominiums for years. (She was well aware that the owners had no control over what happened with the general buildings.) When we asked our realtor to remind her of this, she attacked her in a text and over the phone. Very Unprofessional!
