I moved to Lake County in 2013 and have just relocated out of state. if what you seek is someone who cares and is invested in your best interest-choose Mary Anne. I have been in car accidents-rear ended multiple times-she actually went with me the to the body shop, she is a very real support in a world where no one really cares anymore. State Farm is a good company but its only as good as the agent-Mary Anne and Daisy who supports her-they are the real deal.
Mary Ann Koval is the most conscientious, compassionate, professional insurance agent that we have ever known. She is a strong advocate for her clients. We had extensive damage to our home from a catastrophic hail storm and a car accident when we were rear ended by another driver. Although we were new clients, she treated us like her family.
