This was a financially devastating experience. Wendy and the seller failed to disclose critical information about the property, including undisclosed damage and the fact that it was never legally established as a salon. These omissions had serious consequences and left me in a very difficult financial position, unable to recover my investment or sell the property. Evidence of the damage existed but was not disclosed during the transaction. I would strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution if working with her.
