Dr Hickson has been my dermatologist for several years now. I have confidence in her and her treatments. She has an excellent professional bed side manner. Also her staff is professional and caring.
Dr.Hickson is very informative about all of my HS issues and explaining new ways to improve it. I am very blessed to have her as my Dr.
She was very professional, efficient and she answered all my questions and concerns.
I visited this dermatologist and appreciated that she speaks Spanish and listens, which is a big plus. However, I felt the consultation was a bit rushed. At one point, she stepped out to take a phone call. She was polite, but I would have liked to receive more treatment options, especially since the one she offered wasn’t suitable for me and she said it was the only option available. Overall, there’s room for improvement.
