Unprofesional, rude, she chargers you extra & you can’t even talk to here without her fighting with you
The most horrible experience I have ever received, Mr and Mrs Aguilar were very unprofessional as Mrs Aguilar denied submitting our applications as and I quote “You are too big of a family”. Mrs Aguilar has discriminated my family as well as compared my family to previous renters stating “Previous renters who were also a big family messed up the yard really bad so we had to put a lot of money into it”. Do not rent from this lady. She is absolutely unprofessional and rude. I’m sure having her as a landlord would be a nightmare. She assumed that because I had 3 kids that we would be dirty and irresponsible like her previous tenants. Just from hearing my background noise from my classroom students, she assumed that they were my children and that they would be disruptive. I tried to rent from her i did everything i had to do right away i asked her to send email to my mother for her application i even had my mother call her to explain that her and I never got the email she said had been sent. I moved to Texas from New Mexico I dont have any family here I need a place to live and for her it was too much work to make sure we got the e-mails i even went to her office in person and showed her that it was never received. Very poor willingness to help.
