I submitted an application to rent a house and they would never returns my calls or texts. Very unprofessional. As a matter of fact, to prove how lazy they are, the gentlemen who’s phone number I was given to handle the transactions has his voice mail box full and can’t take messages. Guess they don’t care about good customer service. How do they stay in business ?
She procrastinated on giving me the information she needed from her side, dragged the whole process out, and then turned around and gave the house to other tenants. She kept claiming she “never received” my documents when I sent everything. Extremely unprofessional and completely disrespectful of my time. I hope she gets the day she truly deserves — absolutely terrible service.
CAUTION! I would strongly encourage anyone even CONSIDERING renting from this landlord to document everything carefully before moving in!! ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING. Even if you think they would be ethical and honest. Communication throughout the process is dismissive and unprofessional. The most horrible experience I have ever received, Mr and Mrs Aguilar were very unprofessional as Mrs Aguilar denied submitting our applications as and I quote “You are too big of a family”. Mrs Aguilar has discriminated my family as well as compared my family to previous renters stating “Previous renters who were also a big family messed up the yard really bad so we had to put a lot of money into it”.
