Back in January I went to visit my uncle at Mary Agnes. I barely recognized him. He was acting very strange and had lost a ton of weight. Alarmed by his weight loss, I went to speak to the nurse... Unfortunately, there was no nurse or physician there. I asked whoever was in the nurses office why he was down in weight and If they requested any bloodwork. Recommendedit's a good place for your elderly family to receive care
excellent assisted living facility
Unprofessional staff especially aides. Nursing supervisor let’s bad behaviors go in unchecked and was hostile to residents family; threatening. Not first time aides congregate in back of dining room leaving residents totally unattended to for hours.
Took over a month and kept being put off until no beds were available. Now i have to send my mother to ECMC. Thanks for wasting my time.
My personal daily experience has been more than plesent. The staff provide care and love. Not all but, most work as a good team. My Mother Lorraine is my everything! My Best Friend!.....I feel confident shes safe and cared for...Not prefect, But its better for my Mother. Im still learning how to deal w her age �.
I LOVE working here! The residents are wonderful!!! It is great being part of their life.
worked at Mary Agnes for 3 years. Loved working there with the residents and was blessed to be able to work with so many staff that truly make a difference in the residents lives. Wish I lived closer. Keep up the great work Mary Agnes Manor.
