Terrible! Waited 2 hours just to not be serviced. There were only 3 braiders there on a Saturday. Unacceptable, customer service is terrible. If I could give zero stars I would. Never again! Do not go here!
Highly do not recommend. I had an appointment I got there at 5 and they made me wait until 9 I was supposed to be done at nine.also I paid $170 for a style I did not want plus it was too tight and they braided my edges
Their TikTok convinced me to book but the real experience delivered even MORE than those clips promised honestly
