Took me off of my anti-depressant that I’ve been taking for 5+ years with no notice. Withdrawals for this medication are serious and she left me without a prescription and without a way to get ahold of my meds. I will now have to go through withdrawal before I can get back on them. Forcibly removing a patient from serious anti-depression medication is just dangerous and bad practice overall.
