I wish I could have given a 0 rating. My experience with Marxair was terrible. They have terrible customer service, policy and employee treatment. My furnace broke on one of the coldest days of the winter and a technician came out to fix my furnace. He found a quick solution in a few minutes and told me I wouldn’t need to pay for the repair as it was simple. I was blown away. Horrible HVAC company. Not sure how they are still in business. Their units begin to fail after three years- conveniently as soon as the warranty is up. They will not help you when things begin to break down either. Buyer be aware!
