I have been trying for weeks to get a prior authorization on meds and the office is completely unresponsive. The insurance company and pharmacy have contacted the office and still no response. I am without the needed medication and either you can't get through to the office or they give you a run around. Very frustrating and unethical.
Don’t believe the negative reviews! Was wary to try her based on those reviews. Another of my doctors referred her and I was extremely satisfied. I recommend her to others.
No interest in helping or answering questions. Office visit lasted 3 minutes.
if you want to be treated like a human being, save your time and don't ever visit this doctor. Her staff treats you like trash, they even scream at you over the phone. i don't give 0 stars because that is not an option.
Dr. Marx did not appear noligible at all. I am very confused why she is the dr? Did not help me with my situation or was able to recommend someone else. Will not see her again that is for sure!
Terrible. Called us day before my 80 year old mothers appt. At this point, she was running low on Parkinson's medication so we were looking forward to appt. When they called to confirm they tell me she doesn't accept her insurance anymore. I asked if Dr can provide a months supply until we find another doctor. They recommended she pay out of pocket $250!! I said she is on SSI and doesn't have money to throw away like that. Nothing she can do. She did nothing for my mother the 2 years we were with her. Worthless !!
All she cares about is billing your insurance. She ignores all request for a callback because she wants you to come in the office for refills or to tell you any test results was good and her receptionist is hyper and rude.
I saw Dr. Marx while inpatient at the hospital. She was very nice, very knowledgeable and very concerned. She went above and beyond to try to figure out what was wrong with me because my symptoms were similar to many illnesses. She helped me so much. She took time to listen to me and explain things to me. When I followed up with her as an outpatient, I would say that the wait time was the only problem I had. I love Dr. Marx and have no problem with her at all.
ZERO CHANCE of ever going back or recommending this doctor. I have given her name and location to everyone I know steering them CLEAR of her office. Receptionist Cindy is nasty and sarcastic. Neurological diseases are serious and scary - Dr. shows no interest in our well-being.
