This location is no longer open. I just spoke to one of the staff at Airport Road, the only one seeing patients, and was informed that the Moore's Mill location is closed. It sure would be nice if this was changed online.
Everyone is so nice here. I have been going 3 years now. I have always been treated nice. Great supply of frames. This time time I received my glasses back in 2 days. Highly recommend!
I go here to see Dr. Brack as I had gone to him before Marx-Optical. He is the most AMAZING eye doctor I've ever been to. I also credit him with saving my husband's eye when he had a detached retina. I drive out there all the way from Madison to see Dr. Brack and him only. Been seeing him for 8 years.
Took my goddaughter in to have her glasses fixed. They said they couldn’t. But the rudeness I was met with was unnecessary. This particular lady may have been having a bad day. But when a kid comments on her rudeness that says something.
I had a great experience at Marx Optical on Moore’s Mill Road. Julie went above and beyond to make sure I received my rebates and utilized my insurance to get the most out of my benefits. The doctor and the staff create and warm and inviting atmosphere. Thank you Marx Optical for your great customer service!!
