Great customer service and offers only quality products.
Couldn't ask for better service and quality of product. I ordered 10 lbs clam to make clam chowder for my coworkers and the absolutely loved it. Every clam arrived live and healthy, every clam opened during steaming as they should. Karx foods will always be my first choice in seafood as they care for their customers satisfaction and take pride in their product and service. You can deal with Marx foods worry-free. Thanks again
If I could offer a negative 10 I would. Purchased the beef bone marrow and when I thawed them they were RANCID. It stunk up my whole refrigerator. I contacted them several weeks ago. No response or email. I’m going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. AVOID THEM. I’d rather buy food out of the back of a van.
