Dr Balaa is great been going to him for years this review is for Dr Balaa only not his new staff they need some help
I was his patient for years and Dr.Balaa saved my life, he is an excellent doctor. Everyone from his staff are great... Dr. Clare, Dr. Balaa Assistant and Natasha always made sure we had everything we needed in every visit. Amazing attention .... we always got phone calls from the office to review results with us. We couldn’t have been in better hands!!
Stay far away from Dr. Balaa. His staff is rude and incompetent -- They never call back, never respond to voicemails, and even failed to send any preparation instructions before my colonoscopy date. The doctor has a huge ego -- very patronizing and a kind of "God Complex" who can do no wrong. If something does go wrong, he blames the patient. Find a different GI doctor!!
