Dealt with Marwa for a rental property. All went well at first but she did very little due diligence, didn’t check for TAL history, helped me sign a lease for a man who gave a fake address, who doesn’t even live there. They got their 1 month commission and I end up with a non paying tenant who I need to spend months kicking out only to do the whole process again. Offered 0 assistance or help dealing with this, only “sorry this has never happened before, you have every right to kick him out” 🤦🏻♀️
