Quick response on installation of insulation. Poor on having bill and then drove to business to pay and bill still not ready. Frustrating since we were told we could pay directly after job was complete. Called our contact and he said we could pay following day so made a specific trip to the business and we still are in limbo. Told them to send the bill.
Rude experience wouldn’t recommend
A confusing company to work with. First off they actually do decent work and we've had them out to do work on our place twice. That said, I would NEVER use them again and I'd let literally anyone else blow foam into my attic. And here is why. Many probably remember, but we had quite a rain storm probably 3 months ago or so. Worked with Ultra Clean (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) and they worked with Marv for the insulation portion. Our brand-new home built by Toll Brothers had a construction defect that allowed mice to access the crawl space. As a result, we had to remove all the insulation, HVAC ducts, and the vapor barrier from underneath the house. We then converted the crawl space into a conditioned crawl space, which required installing a new vapor barrier and applying spray foam insulation to the exterior-facing crawl space walls to insulate and seal all existing vents. We’ve been using them on a large apartment complex. Sometimes we get caught up with other issues & forget to schedule them for different tasks on site. When I get around to calling them they will bend over backwards to get what we need done. Every time they beat our expectations, we've called on them about 16 time up to this point. Don’t make the mistake & hire anyone else!
