I’ve been a customer here for years, but they never fail to show me just how great of a business they are. Today I asked for two replacement tires. They could have easily charged me for the two tires and I’d have been on my way without a clue, still happy, but instead they took the time to tell me that my tires weren’t bad and didn’t need replacing. they put in a tire that wasnt the right size for my vehicle and the tire wasnt in good shape. I have kids and a trip to go on tomrw and now I have a bogus tire on here. unsafe conditions to drive!! I except a different tire when I return since now they are closed bc I was the last one there and didnt notice the tire was wrong size untill I got to a gas station !!!!
Called.. walked in .. they got me in and out in no time. $40 new tire and mounted
We've gone here twice. The first time. They did a great job and got us out quick. The second time was a bit different. They accidentally put the wrong size tire on our car, but we brought the car back with the reciept and they immediately figured out what happened. They took full responsibilty for their mistake and gave us another tire without charge and apologized. Honest and great workers. Thank you so much.
Needed a tire for my Honda Fit. Marvins had the tires I needed. Got to the shop and had super fast friendly service and was in and out in less than 10 mins! Will be coming here for all my tire needs from now on! Thanks for awesome service!
