Before I drove across town I calked the store to find out if they had the item I wanted to purchase. I was put on hold while they checked and no one ever came back to the phone. Instead, after a wait of 6 minutes, I heard another “ring tone”, and a robot voice told me to no one is available to take my call and to leave a voice messsge! This is the reason so many people order from Amazon instead of shopping eith local, home town businesses!!!!
