Poor follow-up office staff did not respond or return my calls/messages. Took 3 days to get answer that should of been immediate.
I was really impress by Dr. Young, he was very thorough and explained very well every step of my check-out. Highly recommend Dr. Young. Also the office personnel was very courteous.
Always a long long wait time, which was espeically annoying since they make such a point of the fee they will charge a patient who is late for their appointment. But that was the least of it. Dr. Young was too busy to remove the stent in his office after kidney stone surgery. As a result, it was left in so long that it required another surgery to remove. One of the few Doctors that explain every detail with you
After multiple visits to Dr. Young's office, he appears to be a rather arrogant individual with seemingly little regard for the human condition. During my most recent visit I felt intensely disappointed with his response to very personal, challenging medical information which adversely affected my relationship with my spouse. Prompt service. Medical staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
I have been a patient of Dr. Young for four years and I have been well taken care of and feel that Dr. Young is very thorough and very personable in his manner of treatment. It was his persistent follow up that determined that I had a small, yet cancerous lesion on my left kidney. His recommendation for removal by his partner Dr. Shahrour saved me from an unknown outcome and I an very grateful to both doctors.
It's very likely, that I will send anyone that needs his care to him. Thank
