UPDATING THIS 4/7/2025- The company has a social media manager now, and had Wes reach out regarding my experience. He came in, fixed everything that could be fixed and I’m MUCH happier with the windows now. There were a few things that couldn’t be amended bc of the contractor install, but all in all I feel more confident in these windows and the service thanks to Wes. UPDATING THIS- 1/21/2025 - 29 months later Purchasing these windows is the #1 regret I have in my house reno. The service guys are WONDERFUL. I should know because they have been out many times to address concerns, fix cracked windows and door seals. As of this morning there is cold air streaming through one of my windows, that needs to be addressed. It is the window from pic 1. Store Manager (Jim) is a stand up guy but I would not recommend this location OR Marvin solely because of that. Sales rep went radio silent once sale was made. Mike at store is impossible to work with and corporate is non-responsive. Go Pella or literally anyone else!!!
I recently purchased a home with a Marvin patio door, the screen door slides had broke so the screen door would not stay on the track. I contacted the window and door store and spoke with Mike about the problem. After Mike determined the problem and the age of the door, He was so helpful in walking me through step by step on what the process was.
