One of the worst experience ever. Marvin should really act like and adult and when he is unable to provide services or doesn’t want too should be able to say it upfront not give u the run around of o I have one appt and then another one and then after waiting for those 2 appt then saying he is going to lunch. Went in as a walk in, and it was great! Melvin left me looking like a Hollywood star! I’m not going to be looking anywhere else. I Highly Recommend it!
Marvin cancelled 2 appointments in the last 3 weeks.Both appointments were confirmed then on the day of the appointment 30 min prior to service it was cancelled. He charges $25 if the customer cancels but he can cancel whenever he wants. Will Never book again.
One person ahead of me and they won't cut my hair. Called and he said walk in only and he was taking appointment only. Waited 2 hours and I walked out wouldn't recommend
