Costco is using Marvin Windows to sell windows to its customers. Marvin botched setting up my appointment for getting a bid and when I finally did (it took almost 3 weeks to get someone to come to my house) the bid was outrageously high - more than double the cost of another well -respected local window and glass company.
Interior trim for replacement bay window has not been finished. Plastic / fiberglass trim has cheap plastic stickers covering screw holes. Nail sets in trim not correct or filled. Unable to stain or paint yet despite repeated contacts with site supervisor over past 2 months. Escalated complaints to Costco corporate. Incomplete work is inescuseable.
