The last two times in the last 2 weeks, I had Luis as my service advisor and he was amazing! They were declining in the service department, but Luis brought back my confidence! He got everything squared away, he was a great listener and made everything extremely easy( Which doesn’t always happen). He also didn’t make me feel like I was inconveniencing him and He was there to serve. He really did knock it out of the park. Thanks again.

I recently leased a car from MKB and had an amazing experience. Anthony C, Sales Associate that walked me through the process, was extremely knowledgeable, considerate and patient. He answered all of my outstanding questions and walked me through all of the pertinent details related to my new vehicle lease. I took my vehicle in because the check engine light, brake light, and stability light/alarm are engaged. After 4 days in the service department my car was returned to me as they are still waiting on a part and knew I needed my car. All last week it was still on order. The lights are still on. Renewal of my vehicle registration is coming up and I will not be able to register my car with warning lights. Still waiting and frustrated. So there is some work that is still not done so I can not rate it.

We just purchased our first Cadillac from Marvin K Brown Auto center. It was a great experience and our salesman Anthony Chapparone was exceptional. He worked endlessly to get us in our beautiful new Cadillac. I would suggest anyone that is interested in buying a car to buy from Marvin K Brown and ask for Anthony Chapparone. This is our third vehicle, 2 Buicks and now our Cadillac. This is a great dealership.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The service advisor was was nice, but that was where the good ended. I dropped off my vehicle and was informed of the high diagnosis fee that will not go toward possible repairs. I then got a call from the advisor informing me of the simple repair with an outrageous cost. I almost fell out of my chair. I had already done some research and knew the approximate costs.
