I had a very pleasant experience at Dr. Gordon's office, from the moment I called to find out if they took my insurance to the moment I saw the doctor. On the day of my appointment, I showed up 15 minutes before - when I arrived the girls in the front office were so nice (not like other offices, as I've had bad experiences myself). They had taken all my information over the phone and only asked me to verify. I only had to signed 3 papers, yes 3! Unlike other offices that give you a ton of paperwork to fill out.
