Insurance Fraud, Overcharging & Lies! Dr. Marvin Howell of For Eyes erroneously advised me that my insurance was inactive the day of my prior apt. I verified coverage with my employer/insurance the day before & explained it was active. So, I rescheduled my apt for today. We were patients of Dr. Kasik for 2 decades and when he retired, Dr. Howell took over the practice. Of course, one is always skeptical when comfortable with their provider for so long. Dr. Howell is a perfect fit. We have been seeing him for many years now. He is compassionate, friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and thorough.
