Holly Rose is the most exceptional realtor, and all-around special person, that I have had the pleasure of working with in a very long time. Though I usually see real estate agents as a necessary evil, my trip here showed me not every agent is out to make money from a transaction. We met with the Ratoosh family of realtors, they were patient and accommodating to our first-time buyer questions, and gave us a roadmap of next steps, explaining the process and pitfalls.
