I'm a single father and they made the process to get an apartment so simple and they worked with my schedule to got me moved in on the exact date I needed wich was very important to me and my daughter's so thank u and I'm looking forward to moving in my new home and working with all the wonderful staff from Marvin gardens!!
Never had a problem with these apartments just sucks that there is no manager on property and can never get ahold of anyone and if you need to you have to drive all the way to another complex just to get in touch with anybody none of the phone numbers are up to date
Nice apartments. The maintenance man (Patrick T) is quick at fixing anything that needs to be fixed. Very friendly.
