Marvida is very great community under development and I strongly believe when it’s done it will be best community ever with Island and other good things coming into the community
I bought my home from Centex about a year ago. I feel like my home was built with great quality. Just hearing about other peoples stories with realtors and home builders put us on high alert. Our process was so smooth for a first time home buyer it was scary. The Marvida Community is up and coming and I believe it is one of the most diverse communities that I have seen yet in area.
