Best office I've even been to - the hooked me up!!
This is the best dental experience I have ever had. I had to have a root canal with the associate doctor and then saw Dr. Thomas for the crown! I'm a big chicken so I was petrified! Never had pain - staff was awesome - they text email and call in reminders! so easy...
Would never return.... Too expensive......Childs braces were quoted $1,500 more than a licensed orthodontist...........
At first I thought this was a professional staff. But after my experience I will never return. It's all about the money for this business. My insurance was never verified with my appointment but the staff still continued to work on me. When I was done, I was billed for over $200. Why would a dentist continue to work on you and not verify you have insurance? I asked to speak to the owner and the office manager about this but no one ever returned my calls. I haven't been to the dentist in years. I was referred to Dr. Thomas by a co-worker; the best advice I could have ever been given. The staff is always professional and helpful. My teeth have improved so much I've invested in Invisalign. Dr. Thomas has been wonderful throughout everything! The Dental Spa has been the best dental office I've EVER been to.
The first time I came to this office I was very impressed, its such a nice office, the decor, the wonderful smell, the friendly staff at the front desk as you come in, all very impressive. I was even more impressed with the wonderful work that was done on me by Dr Thomas, she took her time explaining to me what was to be done and afterwards I couldn't beleive my eyes!
